OR-PC — medical computer for the operating room

OR-PC® has a fully sealed, fanless design developed specifically for continuous operation in critical areas where hygiene matters — ideal for medical applications: robust, durable, maintenance-free and perfectly suited to the high demands of clinicians.

OR-PC® is highly customisable: multi-touch, RFID reader, barcode scanner, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, 4 kV interface isolation (RJ-45, RS-232, USB), speaker, antiseptic coatings, and glass coatings (anti-reflective, anti-microbial, anti-glare, anti-fingerprint).

OR-PC® is water- and dust-resistant to IP65. Dust turbulence is avoided by the fanless, fully sealed design, and the toughened glass front makes it fully disinfectable; an additional antibacterial coating is optionally available.

OR-PC® serves as an input terminal or workstation for HIS (hospital information systems), ePR / PDMS (patient data management systems), anaesthesia documentation systems, RIS (radiology information systems), PACS (picture archiving and communication systems), digital video and endoscopy systems, and automatic data transfer from medical devices.

Eye sensitivity to brightness is not linear; for this reason the monitors’ grey-scale curve is adapted to these human requirements for optimal display of X-ray images — the so-called “DICOM preset”.
