About the product
The Medivators ISA (Cantel) is an Automated Endoscope Reprocessor (AER) designed for high-level disinfection (HLD) of flexible endoscopes: gastroscopes, colonoscopes, bronchoscopes, duodenoscopes. It fully automates the wash, disinfection, rinse and purge cycle of all internal channels — eliminating manual-processing variability and cross-infection risk.
Individual connection of each endoscope channel, automatic channel-integrity check (leak test) before the cycle, precise disinfectant dosing and final rinse with bacteriologically filtered water. Optimized disinfectant consumption reduces cost per cycle, and the compact design integrates easily into existing reprocessing rooms. Full traceability: each cycle is recorded with endoscope, operator, patient and disinfectant batch identification — essential for EN ISO 15883-4 compliance and epidemiological audit.
