About the product
The EnCor Enspire breast biopsy system (BD) is a vacuum-assisted breast biopsy (VAB) console with a large touchscreen and an ergonomic portable driver. It delivers versatile performance across ultrasound, stereotactic and MRI guidance.
The intelligent design provides real-time on-screen feedback on needle orientation and activity. The system adapts in real time to difficult lesions directly in the breast, avoiding probe reinsertion. A single touch switches to half-sample mode for thin breasts or lesions near the skin, with no probe change.
Indicated for breast tissue sampling for histological examination, with partial or complete removal of the imaging abnormality.
