Instead of three separate machines (invasive ICU, ward NIV, post-extubation HFOT), the bellavista 1000 select covers all three on the same platform. It reduces capital expenditure, simplifies staff training and provides a consistent experience for clinicians — from the operating room to inter-hospital transfer.

Algorithms that reduce manual settings
The bellavista platform's "auto" stack works breath by breath to optimise patient comfort, synchronisation with spontaneous effort and lung protection.
SYNCHRONISATION

The algorithms detect the optimal expiratory threshold, adjust the pressure rise time breath by breath and automatically compensate for NIV leaks — up to over 120 L/min.

ADAPTIVE MODE
AVM & TargetVent

INTEGRATED HFOT
High-flow oxygen — no separate equipment
HFOT is available as a native therapy on the bellavista 1000 select. It allows a fast transition from NIV to HFOT (or vice versa) without changing the device — useful in acute hypoxemic respiratory failure and post-extubation.
