Cart & utensil washer Vision 1300

The STERIS Vision 1300 is the large-capacity washer-disinfector (cart washer) for cleaning transport carts, sterilization containers, baskets, bulky vessels and large utensils that don’t fit classic instrument washers. The walk-in chamber accommodates an entire CSSD cart or several containers at once.

The system uses high-pressure water jets from multiple directions (side walls, ceiling, floor), thermal disinfection per EN ISO 15883, automatic detergent dosing and final rinse, followed by a hot-air drying cycle. The robust stainless-steel design supports intensive use in large-hospital CSSDs, operating-room suites and medical catering services. Vision 1300 is essential for sanitizing the hospital’s logistics infrastructure — the carts that transport sterile instruments, linen, food or waste must themselves be regularly disinfected to avoid becoming a contamination vector.
