HELLIMED S.R.L. grants the user limited access, for personal interest, to this site, and does not confer the right to download or modify it in part or in full, to reproduce it in part or in full, to copy, sell/resell or exploit the site in any other manner, for commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of HELLIMED S.R.L., without its written consent.

Product warranty
All products sold by HELLIMED S.R.L. benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with the applicable legislation and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. The products are new, in their original packaging, and come from sources authorised by each individual manufacturer.
Applicable law and disputes
By using the site, the user agrees that Romanian law shall govern the above Terms and Conditions of use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and HELLIMED S.R.L. In the event of any conflicts between HELLIMED S.R.L. and site users, an amicable resolution will be attempted first. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the conflict will be settled in court, in accordance with the applicable Romanian laws.
Disclaimer
The images shown on the Company’s website are illustrative; the delivered products may differ from them, while the characteristics and functionality remain unchanged. In all cases where products cannot be delivered, the customer may only request the immediate return of the amounts already collected by HELLIMED S.R.L., but no other compensation. The maximum value of HELLIMED S.R.L.’s obligations towards any customer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery of purchased products is the value of the amounts collected by HELLIMED S.R.L. from that customer. After the 14 days following receipt of the products have passed, HELLIMED S.R.L. can no longer be asked in any way to refund the money. Where applicable, the products will be accompanied by the original warranty certificate issued for the product. If prices or other product details have been displayed incorrectly, including because they were entered incorrectly in the database, HELLIMED S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel the delivery of that product and to notify the customer as soon as possible about the error.
Final provisions
If any of the above clauses is found to be null or invalid, regardless of cause, this clause shall not affect the validity of the other clauses. Upon purchase and placement of the order, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a validly concluded contract / accepted offer.
